2. Estimates, Pricing, and Fee Disclosures

• Any pricing information published on our website, discussed over the phone, provided through email, or mentioned in any marketing materials (including our Porcelain Veneers and Crown Packages) should be regarded as general guides only and not as formal quotations.

• Pricing is indicative only and subject to change without notice. Final fees will be determined based on a comprehensive in-office clinical consultation, including any required radiographs, diagnostic assessments, and discussion of your treatment goals.

• We make every effort to provide transparent pricing; however, package prices may not include the cost of additional procedures (e.g., periodontal therapy, fillings, root canals) that are clinically necessary prior to commencing cosmetic treatment.

• All fees and quotes provided by Dr. Zenaidy Castro are based on an in-depth understanding of your personal oral health needs. Prices may vary depending on materials used, complexity of the case, and the length of time required to perform the treatment.

• Promotional prices and treatment plans are valid for a limited time only (typically 3 months from the date of issue) and are not negotiable.

3. Treatment Assessment and Booking Process

• Initial enquiries via phone or email are non-diagnostic and do not replace a clinical examination. A full face-to-face consultation is required to:

  • Evaluate your suitability for cosmetic or restorative dental procedures

  • Identify potential health risks or contraindications

  • Provide informed recommendations and alternatives

  • Offer a personalised treatment plan with associated fees and timing

• Before finalising treatment bookings, patients will be required to:

  • Attend an in-person consultation

  • Undergo any necessary diagnostic assessments (e.g., OPG x-rays, clinical photographs)

  • Review and sign an informed consent form

  • Provide full payment in advance of the scheduled procedure(s)

4. Exclusions and Limitations

• Special promotions and advertised package pricing do not include general dental services required to restore oral health prior to cosmetic procedures.

• Treatments under promotional offers may require prior clearance or preparation, such as:

  • Periodontal (gum) treatments

  • Tooth extractions or restorations

  • Occlusal (bite) analysis and adjustment

• We reserve the right to decline treatment if, after assessment, it is determined that a patient is not a suitable candidate for the procedure, and alternative options will be offered where appropriate.

5. 3-Year Limited Warranty

• Where a 3-Year Limited Warranty is offered on specific cosmetic services, it is subject to:

  • The patient following post-treatment care instructions

  • Attendance at regular maintenance and review appointments (at intervals specified by the practitioner)

  • Avoidance of harmful habits such as smoking, nail biting, bruxism (grinding), or using teeth as tools

  • The warranty only covering workmanship and not accidental damage, trauma, or neglect

• We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the warranty at any time. Terms are provided in writing and discussed during your consultation.

6. Financing Information

• For patients exploring third-party payment plan options (e.g., via TLC), please note:

  • Eligibility and repayment amounts are subject to the third-party provider’s own lending criteria

  • Vogue Smiles Melbourne does not control or guarantee approval for third-party financing
