“I've had some bad experiences from
other dentists which made me hate going
to the dentist. By not going to the
dentist for years I needed alot of work
to be done. I got some bonding done for
my two front teeth from a different
dentist who rushed the procedure, was
unfriendly and seemed unknowledgeable
because she thought they were fine but
even I could clearly see there was a
problem with my two front teeth. After a
couple of months they started to chip
and stain which made me feel very
unconscious. I know now that that's
because it was a cheaper option. I
started doing more research and found
out that I needed something like veneers
because they would last longer, look
better but more expensive. I needed a
good professional dentist if I wanted to
invest in veneers. While I was doing my
research online I found that there were
more before and after pictures in Dr
Castro's website compared to other
dental websites and the pictures of her
office looked inviting.
The first checkup, she was very
friendly, looked at my teeth told me all
the work that needed to be done, told me
my options, asked me what I wanted to
get done first and told me the price.
She got my veneers done and they look
very natural, they actually blend in
with all my other teeth and I feel more
confident and smile so much more now.
The receptionist is very friendly also
and it feels like she's my friend.
I feel very comfortable going there and
feel confident that Dr Castro will look
after me because she is an expert.
She is officially going to be my dentist
and I will not go anywhere else because

special. Office looks very retro and
homely atmosphere. Bright, colorful and
relaxing. I can't say enough about how

Even the shots for numbing were hardly
noticeable. The last dentist I have been
to was so grumpy and felt like the
procedure and injection was rushed that

to say a thank you to Dr Castro. For
years I have hidden my smile because of
my crooked front teeth. Few years ago I
decided to do something about it and
began to look for a Dentist who can
transform my smile. From memory I had a
number of consultations with different
practices before I made up my mind. I
have visited one practice who advertise
a cheap cosmetic dentistry at half the
price, I did have trial work for me to
see their work but I wasn't happy. So I
keep on looking around. But from my
initial consultation with Dr Castro, I
instantly knew she is going to be my
dentist. She gave me impartial advice on
what she thought was the best course of
treatment for me. She talked about
different option that I had not been
told about in any other consultation. I
felt that unlike the other clinics she

“I haven't been to a dentist in about a
10 year, but had to make an emergency
appointment since I had a severe
toothache. I googled dentists in the
Melbourne City area and Dr. Zenaidy
Castro had a website that convinced me
they were friendly, gentle and caring. I
love their colorful and unique website
as well. I had to get a root canal and a
crown in the end. However, Dr. Castro
did a great job of making the experience
painless. This was my second root canal
and crown and I recall the bad
experience, the agony I have had when my
last dentist in New Zealand had to do
RCT without waiting for the tooth to get
very numb. After that experience I
develop phobia with dentist and every
attempt I did for dental booking, the
day before my appointment, I usually got
physically ill due to too much stress
and dread that at the end I have to
cancel the appointment.
But my appointment with Dr. Castro, I
told her I was scared, and she was
emphathetic and she calmed me and kept
telling me she won’t start any procedure
until the tooth gets very numb and that
I was doing well throughout the
procedures. I had no pain with that
dental visit. She did a great job! She
showed professionalism and a genuine
care for their patients. The staff also
has an impeccable "bed side manner"
