Patient Appointment Scheduler to us during the week between
10:00 am and 5:00 pm you will receive your confirmation by
the end of the day. You will receive your appointment
confirmation on the next business day if you contact us
after business hours.
We make every effort to value your time and we reserve an
appointment time just for
you. It is our philosophy to continue to put our patients
first and to make your experience a positive one.
We kindly request a 48 hours' notice if you need to change
an appointment. We ask that you call and speak directly with
a staff member, as our answering service does not accept
changes or cancellations. Our office hours are Monday-Friday
from 10 till 6PM.
PLEASE NOTE: WE CHARGE A BROKEN APPOINTMENT AND SHORT
NOTICE CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING FEE OF A MINIMUM OF
$50-100 PER HOUR OF YOUR APPOINTED SCHEDULE
For an appointment longer than 1 hour, we reserve the right
to ask for a $100 deposit.
